Must not be receiving or pending receipt of food stamps. Head of Household must be an enrolled member of any recognized Tribe.

Complete the food distribution application on the website.
Required Documents
Head of Household must provide Tribal ID or CIB, or provide proof of residence on the Reservation. Those working or receiving unemployment benefits must provide income verification. All parties on application must provide SS number and DOB.
