Transient and homeless individuals/families--both LDS and non-LDS. If individuals/families have an address, contact the local LDS Bishop (See the LDS Church Ward Boundaries provider listing). No services are provided at this location to non-LDS individuals/families who have an address.

Arrive at least 30 minutes prior to closing. Those who are transient/homeless who do not have an address must receive an order for food assistance by visiting the Transitional Services Office located around the back of the Northeast corner of the Deseret Industries building on site.

Food order from the Transitional Services Office, and a photo ID, if available. Bishop"s order if LDS with an address.
