The client"s income must be below 185% of the federal poverty level.

Walk in during business hours. On the first visit complete an application to receive a food card.

Valid food card required; to apply for a food card bring the following documents: Photo ID for every adult in the household (can be a work badge, ID card, or any type of identification with a photo); utility bill or rental agreement; pay stubs or DWS myCase printout; and for every child in the household bring birth certificates (or school or immunization record with birth dates)
