Administers the Child Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) that provides cash reimbursement to eligible family day care providers and helps to ensure that children enrolled in family day care homes receive well-balanced and nutritious meals. Works directly with the Utah State Office of Education Child Nutrition Program.

Eligibility
Applicants must be 18 or older and care for relatives only or have license/certification from Utah Department of Health"s childcare licensing program. Those receiving care must be children 12 or under, or persons with a disability of any age.
Application Process
Call, email, or walk in. Office will set up a home visit.
Required Documents
License, residential certificate from the Utah Department of Health Child Care Licensing OR relative care certificate through Alliance for Children (criminal background check required for all residents over 18 when applying for relative care certificate).
