Walk in and complete the self-certification signature sheet on the first visit. Bring bags and boxes to transport food. Must be in line by 12 noon to receive a food order.
Documentos necesarios
Asks for proof of residence in Taylorsville such as Photo ID for each adult in the household. Also asks for a form of ID for each child in the household that shows the name of parent as well as the child such as birth certificate, school record, immunization record, tax return. NO SOCIAL SECURITY CARDS.
