Child Care Nutrition Program

Child care providers having one of the following: A valid Utah Family Child Care License or Residential Certificate, Be approved as an Alternate Care Provider, Be approved as a Relative Care Provider. Need CPR and first aid training. FFN license accepted.

Call to schedule a home training. Licenced through the state or relative care.

Background check and child care license. Other documentation may be needed, will discuss during phone call.
